Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by "laying on hands" and is beased on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy. As a Usui and Karuna Reiki Master and Teacher, my goal is to offer you a safe and sacred space for your body and soul to come into harmony and thrive.
Soul Retrieval Therapy
It is believed that whenever we suffer a physical or emotional trauma that part of our soul will leave the body in order to survive the experience. This event might cause soul loss in one person but not in another.
From the shamanic point of view that although it is a survival mechanism it will not come back on its own, it may be lost and does not know the trauma has passed and it is ok to return.
Psychology would call this disassociation and does not say where the part has gone. The shaman goes to the place that is called non-ordinary reality, where it is believed to be, to track it down and return it to the body of the client.
Bowen Technique Therapy
It is a system of subtle and precise movements over muscles, tendons, nerves and fascia. The therapist makes the small adjustments so the client's body is triggered into the self-healing process. Less is more in this healing technique. Bowen is suggested to assist in the healing of pain and disease within the body including indigestion, lymph circulation, repiratory issues, structural and joint issues such as TMJ, back, shoulder and knee pain.
Warm Bamboo Massage
This lovely massage uses bamboo stalks of varying lengths and diameters to provide deep-tissue work. The massage itself promotes circulation, sensory nerve perception and lymphatic drainage and provides a deep sense of relaxation and well-being.
We need to breath to live and it can influence our mental, emotional and physical states. It is to learn conscious control of the breath and during the session you are lying down in a comfortable positon being supported while you go through deep healing as you drop into your subconscious and indeed into every cell of your body. This process can release trauma, mental blockages are removed and it will guide you to awaken your own inate raw energy and can assist with major healing in the body.
Swedish massage therapy is the modality that comes to mind when most people think about massage. As the best-known type of bodywork performed today, one of the primary goals of the Swedish massage technique is to relax the entire body. This is accomplished by rubbing the muscles with long gliding strokes in the direction of blood returning to the heart. But Swedish massage therapy goes beyond relaxation. Swedish massage is exceptionally beneficial for increasing the level of oxygen in the blood, decreasing muscle toxins, improving circulation and flexibility while easing tension.
Indian Head Massage
This massage is based on the ancient Ayurvedic form of healing that dates back almost 4,000 years. It works the upper three chakras: vishuddha (throat), ajna (3rd eye) and sahasrara (crown). It can be used for physical harmony, for healing, for vitality and for good, old-fashioned relaxation.

Hopi Ear Candling
Also known as Thermo Auricular Therapy, Hopi Ear Candling is an ancient therapy with positive benefits. The process involves placing a specially designed hollow candle just inside the ear canal. The candle is then lit and a vacuum gently stimulates the ear, facilitating removal of excess wax and impurities. The session ends with a relaxing face and neck massage.
